Pickling and passivation cleaning is not clean, resulting in chemical corrosion products between the residual pickling and passivation solution and the plate, and then forms electrochemical corrosion with the plate.

Under certain conditions, many oils, dust or acids, alkalis, salts, etc. adhering to the surface of the stainless steel plate will be converted into corrosive media, and chemically react with certain components of the plate, resulting in chemical corrosion and rust. Cleaning, pickling, and passivation are not clean enough, resulting in residual liquid retention and direct corrosion of the plate. The surface of the plate is scratched, resulting in the destruction of the passivation film, which reduces the protective ability of the plate, and easily reacts with chemical media, causing chemical corrosion and rust.
