Manufacturing process of 8K mirror stainless steel plate
8K stainless steel plate is also called: (mirror panel, mirror plate, mirror steel plate)
(1) Variety: Single-sided and double-sided
(2) Luminosity: 6K, ordinary 8K, precision grinding 8K, 10K
(3) Stainless steel plate production materials: Choose 201/304/316/430 and other materials 2B and BA plates as the base plate. Use abrasive slurry to polish the stainless steel plate surface through polishing equipment to make the surface brightness as clear as a mirror.
(4) Preparation of grinding liquid: Mix water, nitric acid, and iron red powder in a certain proportion. Generally, if the proportion is good, the quality of the product will be higher!
(5) Coarse polishing: Generally use grinding wheels: 80#120#240#320#400#600# in order from coarse to fine, (Note: 80# is the coarsest) This process is generally grinded with clean water, generally with Six groups of grinders are mainly used to remove surface roughness, burrs, blisters, etc., with a certain depth, probably within 2c. It is concluded that the surface is: fine sanding, which already has a certain luminosity!
(6) Fine polishing: Just use machine-made wool felt. The higher the density, the better. This process uses water, nitric acid, and iron red powder to grind. Generally, ten groups of grinders are used. There is no depth at all. It is mainly to remove the surface oxide layer, blisters, Rough grinding grinding flowers (also called: grinding flowers, grinding patterns) improve the brightness and highlight the details.
(7) Washing and drying: Use clean water for this process. The finer the brush, the better. The cleaner the water, the cleaner the washed product will be. Then dry it with a baking lamp!
(8) Quality inspection: Check the photometry, blindness, peeling lines, dark bones, scratches, whether the product is deformed, and whether the grinding head is within the control range, otherwise the product quality will not meet the standard. Applying protective film and packing: This process is mainly for finished products that meet the standard. The requirements are: the protective film must be applied flatly, without missing edges, and cut neatly, and then it can be boxed and packaged!
(9) Double-sided 8K stainless steel plate: The process is roughly the same. The difference is that when grinding the front side, first use a plate of the same size as a base to prevent scratches on the back side. Grind the front side and apply a protective film, and then grind the back side with a backing plate (the same process as above). After applying the protective film, replace the dirty protective film on the front, and you have the finished product. Since double-sided 8K is more time-consuming and costly than single-sided, the processing fee for double-sided 8K boards currently on the market is about three times that of single-sided 8K. 8K board usage: Stainless steel 8K board series products are widely used in building decoration, stainless steel shower rooms, kitchen and bathroom, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration and other decoration projects.
