The main features of flexible 304 stainless steel sheet are high elongation (≥ 53%), low hardness (≤ 173%) and internal grain grade between 7.0-8.0, excellent deep drawing performance. At present, many enterprises that produce thermos bottles and thermos pots have relatively high processing rates (punching size/product diameter), and their processing rates are 3.1, 1.97, 2.16, and 1.98, respectively. SUS304 DDQ material is mainly used for products with high processing rate requirements. Of course, products with a processing ratio of more than 2.0 usually require several stretches to complete. If the extension of the raw material cannot be achieved, the product will not be able to be produced when processing the deep-drawing product. It is easy to break and penetrate, which will affect the qualified rate of the finished product, and of course increase the cost of the manufacturer.
1. General materials are mainly used for materials other than DDQ, which are characterized by relatively low elongation (≥ 45%), relatively high hardness (≤ 182), and internal particle size grades between 10-11. Compared with DDQ, it has better deep drawing performance and is relatively poor, and is mainly used for products that can be obtained without drawing, such as steel for spoons, spoons, forks, electrical appliances, and a kind of tableware. However, compared with DDQ materials , BQ performance is relatively better, mainly due to its slightly higher hardness.
2. Surface quality: 304 stainless steel plate is a very expensive material, and customers have very high requirements for its surface quality. But the stainless steel plate is growing. In the production process, various defects such as scratches, pits, creases and pollution will inevitably appear. In order to improve its surface quality and image, no matter whether it is a high-quality material or a low-grade material, no damage is allowed. , creases and other defects, pockmarks are defects such as spoons, spoons, forks, etc., and are not allowed to be used during production, because it is difficult to throw away when polishing. According to the degree and frequency of various surface defects, its surface quality grade is determined to determine the product grade.
3. Thickness tolerance: Generally speaking, different stainless steel products require different thickness tolerances of raw materials. For example, the thickness tolerance of class II tableware and thermos cups is generally required to be -6-9%, and the thickness tolerance of class I tableware is generally required to be -5.1%. The thickness tolerance requirement of steel pipe is -11%. The thickness tolerance requirement of the materials used in museum refrigerators is -9%. The thickness tolerance required by dealers is generally -5%-7%. At the same time, different domestic and export sales of products will also lead to different requirements of customers for the thickness tolerance of raw materials. Customers have higher requirements for thickness tolerance of general export products, while domestic enterprises have relatively lower requirements for thickness tolerance (mainly due to cost considerations), and some customers even require thickness tolerance -15%.
4. Solderability: Different products have different requirements for solderability. Class I tableware generally does not require welding performance, even including some cannabis enterprises. However, most products require raw materials with good welding properties, such as secondary tableware, thermos cups, steel pipe water heaters, water dispensers, etc.
5. Corrosion resistance: most stainless steel products are required to have good corrosion resistance, such as first and second grade tableware, kitchen utensils, water heaters, water dispensers, etc. Pour out the solution after a period of time, wash, dry and weigh the weight loss to determine the degree of corrosion (note: when polishing the product, because the emery cloth or sandpaper contains iron) (it will cause rust spots on the surface during the test)
6. Polishing performance (BQ): At present, stainless steel products are generally polished in production, and there are only a few products, such as water heaters, water dispenser inner tanks, etc.
