The surface is mixed with many impurities, such as abrasive particles. This kind of pipeline is generally not allowed to be used in sensitive and corrosive media of microelectronics, optoelectronics and biopharmaceuticals.

AC: Anodical Cleaning

On the basis of BA, European factories carry out another surface treatment process, that is, a mild electrolytic polishing process, to reduce the surface area as much as possible and thicken the passivation film, thereby increasing corrosion resistance, improving the surface morphology and reducing energy levels. Although the product after this surface treatment method is not as bright as before, the surface quality has been greatly improved, no particles will be produced, and the composition of surface iron and iron oxide will be reduced.
