With the development of the times, the stainless steel pipe industry is constantly innovating. 304 colored stainless steel pipes gradually appeared and were welcomed by the market.

Colored stainless steel pipes, as the name suggests, add some processes to the original color of 304 stainless steel pipes to make them become colored stainless steel pipes. There are mainly five processes for colored stainless steel pipes:
Wood grain transfer, vacuum plating, baking paint, spray coating, copper plating.

1. Stainless steel wood grain pipe: The stainless steel wood grain pipe produced by thermal transfer technology is sunproof and rainproof. It is not only brightly colored like wood texture, but also has an eye-catching and moving effect. It is the best choice for making stainless steel decorative pipes. After testing, this product does not release formaldehyde, toluene and other harmful gases to the human body that are usually caused by wooden boards. It is resistant to salt spray, corrosion, wear and scratches. It has an elegant appearance, moisture-proof, fire-proof, and sound insulation properties.

2. Vacuum electroplating: It is a physical deposition phenomenon. That is, argon gas is injected under a vacuum state, and the argon gas hits the target material. The target material is separated into molecules and are adsorbed by the conductive goods to form a uniform and smooth surface layer. In order to meet the requirements of safer, more energy-saving, reduced noise, and reduced pollutant emissions, vacuum plating has become a new trend in environmental protection in terms of surface treatment technology. Different from general electroplating, vacuum electroplating is more environmentally friendly. At the same time, vacuum electroplating can produce a black effect with good gloss that cannot be achieved by ordinary electroplating. Vacuum coating is equivalent to giving a layer of protection to the outside of the stainless steel pipe, extending its service life.

3. Copper plating: As the name suggests, it is to plate a layer of real copper on the surface of the stainless steel pipe. The appearance of the plating is the same as that of pure copper. However, it is more flexible to meet individual needs than pure copper.

4. Baking paint: The method is: spray several layers of paint on the base that has been polished to a certain roughness. And baked at high temperature to shape. This process currently has higher requirements for paint and good color rendering.

5. Spraying: Due to different materials, some spraying may damage the oxide layer on the surface of stainless steel. However, some spray coatings can use simple processes to achieve different colors of stainless steel pipe products, and different spray coatings can also be used to change the feel of stainless steel pipes.

Colored stainless steel pipes are bright in color, wear-resistant, and will not fade over time. At present, our country is in the process of new rural construction and new urbanization. Colored stainless steel decorative pipes will have great prospects with their natural advantages.
