Nickel has good mechanical, physical and chemical properties, adding appropriate elements can improve its oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and improve some physical properties. Nickel alloys can be used as materials for electronic tubes, precision alloys (magnetic alloys, precision resistance alloys, electrothermal alloys, etc.), nickel-based superalloys, nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys and shape memory alloys. Nickel alloys are widely used in energy development, chemical industry, electronics, navigation, aviation and aerospace and other sectors.
Nickel Alloy steel coil has higher strength and toughness than carbon steel, and its reinforcement effect with the increace of tissue imbalance and tend to be more obvious, and the strength of the nickel alloy steel coil annealing state than carbon steel has a lot of advantages, and in normalizing, than obviously increase the carbon steel and the strength of the nickel alloy steel coil after quenching and tempering, the steel reinforcement effect is the most significant. Some nickel alloy steel coils have excellent thermal hardness and other special properties, such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and magnetic properties.

1. Pure nickel: high melting point (1455 degrees), good mechanical properties and cold and hot pressure processing performance, excellent corrosion resistance, is the best material for heat-resistant concentrated alkali solution corrosion, resistant to neutral and slightly acidic solutions and organic solvents , chemically stable in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water, but not resistant to corrosion by oxidizing acids and high-temperature sulfur-containing gases. It is generally used as corrosion-resistant structure of machinery and chemical equipment, structural parts of precision instruments, electronic tubes and radio equipment parts, medical equipment and food industry tableware and utensils, etc.
2. Anode nickel: electrolytic nickel, pure in texture, and has depassivation effect. It is generally used as anode in electroplating nickel tanks. In electroplating, it dissolves evenly, produces less anode mud, and the coating is smooth and evenly distributed, and it is firmly combined with the substrate.
3. Nickel-manganese alloy: It has high room temperature and high temperature strength, good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and excellent processing performance. In a sulfur-containing atmosphere at a higher temperature, the corrosion resistance is higher than that of pure nickel, and the thermal stability and resistivity are also higher than pure nickel. Generally used as spark plug electrodes of internal combustion engines, bulb filaments of resistance lamps, and grids of electronic tubes.
4. Nickel-copper alloy: There are two types, one has high corrosion resistance and is non-magnetic, and is generally used as anti-magnetic parts. The other type is also called Monel alloy. Its corrosion resistance is similar to that of nickel and copper, but its corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid is very good. The strength of the alloy is higher than that of pure nickel. It has good processing performance, high temperature resistance, and can It can be used stably in the atmosphere below 750 degrees, and maintains sufficient strength below 500 degrees. Generally used as high-strength, high-corrosion parts, high-voltage oil-filled cables, oil supply tanks, heating equipment and medical equipment parts.
